Detroit turbos
Stage 1 75/96/1.32 with a cast compressor wheel, Race cover, V2 turbine shaft, 360* steel thrust bearing. This unit works excellent on stock to 550HP. With a tune you can expect similar spool to the much smaller K31 charger.
Stage 2 75/96/1.32 with a billet 6 blade compressor, Race cover, V2 turbine shaft, 360* steel thrust bearing. This unit will spool nearly identical to the stage 1 but will have more flow from the compressor wheel. This unit is great for those 550-650HP tractors.
Stage 3 78/96/1.32 with a billet 6 blade compressor, Race cover, V2 turbine shaft, 360* steel thrust bearing. This units will be slightly laggier and have the possibility to surge more due to the more aggressive compressor size. This unit typically will see better results from a 14L but is still very usable on a spicy 12.7. should be considered on engines making over 650HP.
We can modify your OEM Borg Warner 171702 unit into a stage 1 minus the front cover. This service is $1000 on a good core. Damaged cores will be quoted before repairs and upgrades.
Cat turbos
S410, large bearing housing. Direct fit into a single turbo cat setup with bolt on outlet cover. 6 inch inlet.
Stage 1 78/96/1.45 with a billet 6 blade compressor, V2 turbine shaft, 360* steel thrust bearing. This unit is great upgrade over the stock 75 or 78mm cast unit. Expect 1-200rpms faster spool with a little more top end compared to an OEM unit.
Stage 2 80/96/1.45 with a billet 6 blade compressor, V2 turbine shaft, 360* steel thrust bearing. This unit is for engines in the 750+HP range. This unit will be slightly laggier than the 78mm version but will make notably more power on the big end.
