We offer a 12 month parts and labor guarantee on all drop-in turbochargers and injector sets.

There is no expressed or implied warranty of any turbocharger or injector set used in a competition setting.

 Warranty excludes electronics past the six month mark.

Product Availability

Build/lead time is generally 1-10 business days depending on parts availability. We do not stock all parts for all turbochargers in house and due to this lead times may vary.

Warranty of Product

Warranty covers defective parts or workmanship. Warranty does not cover, abuse, oil starvation, over speeding, foreign object damage, installation errors, improperly sized oil drains which result in leaky units or poorly spec’ed builds that result in one or more of the listed failures.  Warranty covers our parts and labor against defects and workmanship, not an application that causes our product to fail. Injector warranty does not cover fuel contamination. There is no warranty on Remanufactured units. Warranty does not cover labor to remove or re-install injectors or turbochargers. The customer is responsible for the return shipping back to GT Performance Turbochargers. Warranty does not cover other parts that may be damaged in the event of a turbocharger or injector failure. GT Performance Turbochargers and its affiliates will not be held responsible for injury, loss of life, or vehicle damage due to products purchased from GT Performance Turbochargers, LLC.

Shipping Policy

Turbochargers will be shipped via UPS, ground service. Free shipping applies to the United States only. Orders that need shipped outside of the states will require a phone call or email communication to order. All orders placed for outside the US via the website will be canceled and refunded. If you need another shipping method besides ground delivery please contact us.

Returns/cores

All sales through GT Performance Turbochargers are final. Once the order is placed the sale is final. We build to order units.
It is the customers responsibility to return cores. Core Returns must be received within 30 days of the original sale. Core actuators must be original Holset units. Cores received after the 30 days will be accepted for half the original core value. Core actuators that are not OEM or physically damaged and not salvageable will be rejected and you will not receive your core deposit.

GT Performance Turbochargers, LLC., and its, employees, shall in no way be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damage resulting from improper installation and/or use of products offered for sale through this website. BUYER and/or USER assume all responsibility for any damage resulting from the use or misuse of this product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BUYER hereby waives all claims against SELLER arising from the use of this product. BUYER hereby waives all remedies or liabilities, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise, (including without limitation any obligations of SELLER with respect to fitness, merchant-ability, and consequential damages). SELLER disclaims any warranty and expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages. BUYER acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer of any liability for personal injury is a material term for this agreement and BUYER agrees to indemnify SELLER and to hold SELLER harmless from all claims related to or arising from the installation and/or use of the product purchased. Under no circumstances will SELLER be liable for any damages or expenses from use or sale of any sold products. It is the BUYER’S responsibility to ensure proper installation and use.

By purchasing a turbocharger through GT Performance Turbochargers, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees:
All performance products offered for sale through this website or other are designed and intended for off-highway, competition use only. Once these products are installed on a vehicle, it should only be used for sanctioned, competition use.

Use of these products on a motor vehicle that operates on any state or federal highway may constitute a violation of the Clean Air Act (CAA). Violations of the CAA may lead to criminal or civil fines and sanctions. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to ensure all turbochargers purchased from GT Performance Turbochargers, comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding vehicle emissions (including the CAA).
Installation and use of these products could result in the voidance of vehicle and/or parts manufacturers’ warranties.

No product unless otherwise specified is to be used for on road use in the state of California.
